本科护生对高仿真情景模拟实训参与意愿及其阻碍因素调查分析 被引量:9

摘要 随着我国医学院校护理学专业招生规模的扩大,学生临床实习场所相对减少,加之患者及家属的维权意识不断增强,高仿真情景模拟实训(high-fidelity simulation,HFS)日益受到国内外医学教育界的推崇。但是,高仿真模拟人价格昂贵,以及与其相配套的场地、医疗器械及模拟人的维护均需资金,HFS耗资颇大[1],因此,只有保证HFS高效运行,才能维护好其投入与产出的关系。
