3M无痛保护膜联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗外阴癌患者放射性皮炎

Effect of 3M^(TM) Cavilon^(TM) combined with Bfgf-Torita for treating radiodermatitis in patients with vulvar cancer

摘要 目的探讨3M无痛保护膜联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(贝复济)治疗外阴癌患者放射性皮炎的临床疗效。方法选择2013年1月至2016年1月该院收治的发生Ⅱ级放射性皮炎的外阴癌患者55例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(27例)和观察组(28例)。对照组单独使用贝复济喷于放射性皮炎处;观察组在贝复济喷于放射性皮炎处15 min后使用3M无痛保护膜擦拭创面周围正常皮肤。观察两组患者的皮肤损伤程度及皮肤损伤的愈合时间。结果观察组Ⅳ级放射性皮炎发生率[21.43%(6/28)]明显低于对照组[55.56%(15/27)],且放射性皮肤损伤的愈合时间[(39.00±2.78)d]短于对照组[(49.00±5.36)d],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 3M无痛保护膜联合贝复济治疗外阴癌患者放射性皮炎临床效果显著,能够降低Ⅳ级放射性皮炎发生率,缩短创面愈合时间,值得临床进一步推广应用。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of 3MTMCavilonTMcombined with Bfgf-Torita for treating radiodermatitis in the patients with vulvar cancer. Methods Fifty-five vulvar cancer patients with gradeⅡradiodermatitis in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(27 cases) and observation group(28 cases). The control group were treated by Bfgf-Torita alone for spraying it in radiodermatitis,the observation group was treated by 3MTMCavilonTMfor scrubbing the normal skin around the wound at 15 min after spraying Bfgf-Torita. The severity degree of radiodermatitis and healing time of skin lesions were observed in the two groups. Results The incidence rate of grade Ⅳ radiodermatitis in the observation group was 21.43%(6/28),which was significantly lower than 55.56%(15/27) in the control group,moreover the healing time of radiodermatitis in the observation group was(39.00±2.78)d,which was shorter than(49.00±5.36)d in the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P 〈0.05). Conclusion 3MTMCavilonTM combined with Bfgf-Torita has significant effect for treating radiodermatitis in the patients with vulvar cancer,which can reduce the incidence rate of grade Ⅳ radiodermatitis,shorten the healing time of radiodermatitis wound and is worthy of further clinical promo-tion and application.
