摘要
为了研究平行盘磁流变阻尼器性能的影响因素,利用Ansys Workbench软件对平行盘磁流变阻尼器磁场进行了分析。通过软件求得外工作间隙磁感应强度对筒厚度、间隙宽度、圆环盘内径和平行盘厚度的响应曲面,以及工作间隙磁流变液磁感应强度对各个参数的敏感系数以及不同部件材料磁导率对应的磁感应强度云图。结果表明,四个参数对于磁流变液磁感应强度的影响不是相互独立的,研究结果为平行盘式磁流变阻尼器的参数设计提供了一定参考。
In order to work out factors affecting property of parallel disc magneto-theological damper(MRD), Ansys Workbench was used to analyse magnetic field of parallel disc MRD. The response surface of outer barrel, gap's width, ring disc's inner diameter and disc's thickness to magnetic flux density of gap was obtained and the local sensitivity of gap's magnetic flux density to the four parameters was also obtained. The results show that the influence of the four parameters is not independent. The result provides a reference to the parameter design of parallel disc MRD.
