摘要
针对泡沫铝材料在柴油发电机隔声降噪方面的应用进行研究。通过柴油发电机噪声源测试,研究噪声规律及产生原因。研究泡沫铝材料厚度与不同空间结构对发电机噪声影响规律及在发电机实际机体中的降噪效果,制作泡沫铝外壳作为柴油发电机吸声结构。实验结果表明:发电机发出的噪音是一种混合型噪音,包括低、中和高频率成分,噪音能量主要集中在中低频(63~500Hz);当闭孔泡沫铝厚度为20mm、空腔距离为20mm时降噪效果最好,在500Hz时噪音下降14.71%。
The application of aluminum foam in sound insulation and noise reduction of diesel generator is studied. The noise source of diesel generator is tested. Through studying the rule of aluminum foam with different thickness and space structure influence on genera- tor noise, the shell with closed-cell aluminum foams was manufactured as sound-absorbing materials of diesel generators and the effect of aluminum foam on noise reduction was inves- tigated. Experimental results show that generator noise is a kind of mixed noise at high, me- dium and low frequency. Noise energy mainly concentrates in the low frequency (63 ~ 500Hz) region. Some experiments have shown the better effect of noise reduction, when closed-cell aluminum foam is under the condition that thickness is 20mm and the cavity dis- tance is 20mm,the noise reduction percentage is 14. 71% at 500Hz.
