摘要
利用XRD、DSC、电化学工作站和SEM方法研究了不同含量的微量元素Ta的添加对Ni_(68.6)Cr_(8.7)Nb_((3-x))P_(16.5)B_(3.2)Ta_x(x=0、0.1、0.3、0.5、0.7、1,at%)合金的非晶形成能力、热稳定性和耐腐蚀性能的影响。研究表明,当x=0.5时,直径为1.5mm的Ni_(68.6)Cr_(8.7)Nb_(2.5)P_(16.5)B_(3.2)Ta_(0.5)合金棒为完全非晶结构,而x为其他值时,则有晶态相析出;适量Ta元素的添加提高了该Ni基非晶合金体系的热稳定性能,当x=0.5时合金的热稳定性能最好,之后热稳定性能开始下降;在1mol/L H_2SO_4溶液环境下,随Ta元素含量的增加,Ni基非晶薄带的耐腐蚀性逐渐增强,当x=0.5时非晶薄带的耐腐蚀性能最强。
This study was performed to determine the influence of Ta element of different a- mount on the glass forming ability, thermal stability and corrosion resistance of Ni68.6Cr8.7Nb(3-x)P16.583.2Tax(χ=0、0.1、0.3、0.5、O.7、1,at%)alloys by using the techniques XRD, DSC,Electrochemical Workstation and SEM. The results show that the alloy rod becomes complete amorphous structure with a diameter of 1.5mm when x is 0. 5 ,while x is in other conditions, the alloy precipitates the crystalline phase. Moreover, the appropriate addition of Ta element improves the thermal stability of Ni-based amorphous alloy, and it gets the best thermal stability when x is 0. 5, while aferwards, the thermal stability begins to decrease. Be- sides, with the increase of Ta amount, the corrosion resistance of Ni-based amorphous ribbon gradually increases under the condition of 1 mol/L H2SO4 solution, and the ribbon gets the strongest corrosion resistance when x is 0. 5.
