摘要
目的研究依那普利叶酸治疗H型高血压的临床效果。方法选取2013年2月～2015年11月我院就诊的200例H型高血压患者，用密封信封不透光法随机分为常规组（100例）和复合组（100例），常规组采用依那普利片进行治疗，复合组采用依那普利叶酸治疗。比较H型高血压总有效率，心脑血管事件发生率，干预前和干预后患者同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平、收缩压、舒张压的差异，干预后患者生存质量的差异。结果复合组比常规组H型高血压总有效率更高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。复合组比常规组心脑血管事件发生率更低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。干预前两组Hcy水平、收缩压、舒张压相似，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；两组干预后与干预前比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；干预后复合组比常规组Hcy水平、收缩压、舒张压改善更显著，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。干预后复合组患者生存质量明显优于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论依那普利叶酸治疗H型高血压可有效改善患者血压水平和Hcy水平，缓解患者临床症状，促进患者生活质量的提升，效果确切，值得推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of enalapril folic acid in treatment of H type hypertension.Methods 200 patients with H type hypertension in our hospital from February 2013 to November 2015 were selected and divided randomly into routine group （n=100） and compound group （n=100） by sealed envelope non transparent method,patients in the routine group received enalapril treatment,while patients in the compound group received enalapril combined with enalapril folic acid treatment.Total effective rate of H type hypertension,incidence of cardiovascular and cere- brovascular events,difference of homocysteine （Hey） levels,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure before and after intervention,difference of quality of life after intervention were compared.Results Total efficiency in the com- pound group was higher than that in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）;Occurrence rate of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in the compound group was lower than that in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）.Level of Hey,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure was similar before intervention,the difference was not significant （P〉0.05）;Above indicators after intervention had significant differ- ence with those before intervention in two grouPs （P〈0.05）;After intervention,level of Hey,systolic blood pressure,dias- tolic blood pressure in the compound group was improved more significantly than that in the routine group respectively, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Quality of life in the compound group was significantly better than that in the routine group after intervention,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Enalapril folio acid in the treatment of H type hypertension can effectively improve the level of blood pressure and Hey levels,alleviation of clinical symp- toms and promote quality of life,which has exact effect and is worthy of promotion.
