摘要
建立葡萄酒中多种糖醇的高效液相色谱检测方法。采用色谱柱Waters Xbridge Amide(3.5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),流动相为丙酮-水[77∶23(体积比),并在每1 000 m L丙酮-水流动相中加入三乙胺0.23 m L],用示差折光检测器进行检测。丙三醇、木糖醇、山梨糖醇、麦芽糖醇的线性范围为0.084 mg/m L^100 mg/m L,最低检出限为0.016 mg/m L^0.282 mg/m L,3种葡萄酒样品中4种糖醇的回收率为75.682%~115.476%,相对标准偏差为0.022~3.682,该方法应用于葡萄酒中糖醇的检测快速、准确、高效。
A method was established to determine multiple sugar alcohol in wine by HPLC. Use colume of Wa ters Xbridge Amide(3.5 μm, 4.6 mm×250 mm), Mobile phase was acetone water(77 : 23, volume ratio, 0.230 mL triethylamine per 1 000 mL acetone water) by RID .The linear range of glycerol, xylitol, sorbitol, maltitol were 0.084 mg/L -100 mg/L. Limit of minium detection were 0.016 mg/mL-0.282 mg/mL. The sample recoveries were 75.682 %-115.476 %, relative standard precisions were 0.022-3.682. The method was rapid, accurate, efficient.
