摘要
在回顾美国铁路货运发展历程的基础上,从市场定位、市场营销、运输价格、运输组织、集装箱多式联运5个方面分析美国铁路货运的经营特点和经验,提出美国铁路货运在运营管理方面对我国的启示:准确定位目标市场;建立专业化市场营销队伍;建立适应市场规律的灵活运价体系;构建与市场相结合的运输组织模式;大力发展集装箱多式联运。
Based on the review of development history of American railway freight transportation, this paper analyses operation features and experience of American railway freight transportation from perspectives of market orientation, marketing, pricing, transportation organization and inter-modal transport of containers, and puts forward the enlightenment of American railway freight transportation for China in the aspect of operation management, including strengthening market supervision, precisely locating target market, building professional team for marketing, establishing flexible pricing system adaptable for market discipline, constructing market-oriented transportation organization mode, and vigorously developing inter-modal transportation of containers.
