摘要 介绍了玻璃纤维斜网湿法加筋非织造材料的成形技术,讨论了加筋耙与成形网所成夹角对湿法非织造材料加筋的影响.分析了湿法非织造材料的加筋原理,并对该非织造材料的力学性能进行了测试.结果表明:加筋能有效地减小湿法非织造材料的形变;通过加筋能有效提高玻璃纤维湿法非织造材料的纵向拉伸断裂强力,但加筋后湿法非织造材料的横向拉伸断裂强力略低于未加筋湿法非织造材料;加筋湿法非织造材料的纵向拉伸断裂强力与加筋数量呈线性关系. The filament reinforced glass fiber inclined wire wet-laid glass fiber reinforced nonwoven material forming technology was introduced, the impact of angle between reinforced rake and forming wire on reinforcement of wet-laid nonwoven materials was discussed. The reinforcement principle of wet-laid nonwoven materials was analyzed, and the mechanical properties of the nonwoven materials were tested. The results show that the reinforcement can effectively reduce the deformation of the nonwoven materials. The longitudinal tensile strength of wet-laid glass fiber nonwoven materials can be effectively improved, but the transverse tensile strength of reinforced wet-laid nonwoven materials is slightly less than the unreinforced wet-laid nonwoven materials. The longitudinal tensile strength of reinforced wet-laid nonwoven materials is proportional to the number of reinforced filaments correspondingly.
