摘要
《国务院关于加快发展养老服务业的若干意见》(国发〔2013〕35号,以下简称《意见》)实施以来,养老服务体系投入力度及"十三五"养老服务体系建设成绩显著,统筹推进养老服务业综合改革试点工作扎实推进,健康与养老服务重大工程——"医养结合"新型养老模式已经成为当今养老服务业发展方向,为更好推进这种模式发展,从政府到地方,应尽快研究出台相关政策,加快制定政策措施、进一步加大投入力度、鼓励集团化发展、明确服务对象和内容、创新管理模式加大扶持力度,提升养老业整体服务水平。
Since the some opinions of the state council on accelerating the development of senior service industry（abbr：opinions） is implemented, the senior service system investment and ＂13th Five Year Plan＂ senior service system construction achievements have been obvious, we coordinately and solidly promote the senior service comprehensive reform experimental work, the new pension model of medical care and pension, as a major project of health and senior service, has already been the development direction of senior service industry at present, in order to better promote the development of this model, both the center government and local government should research and formulate relevant policies, accelerate to make policies and measures, further increase the investment, encourage group development, make clear the service objects and contents, innovate the management model, strengthen the supporting force and improve the overall service level of pension industry.
