摘要
目的分析老年内科疾病患者接受舒适护理后的舒适度和满意度评价。方法研究对象为随机选择的该院近两年来收治的190例老年内科患者,按照随机数字法分为对照组和研究组各95例,对照组给予常规护理管理,研究组给予舒适护理管理,调查分析两组患者舒适度和满意度。结果两组患者舒适和满意情况以及舒适度和满意度之间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组高于对照组。结论舒适护理模式应用于老年内科疾病患者,能提高护理质量,获得满意的治疗效果,提高护理满意度,促进患者早日康复,值得推广应用。
Objective To survey and analyze the comfort degree and satisfactory degree of comfort nursing for medical disease in elderly. Methods 190 cases of elderly patients admitted and treated in the department of internal medicine in our hospital in recent two years were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups with 95 cases in each, the control group adopted conventional nursing management, the research group adopted comfort nursing management, and the comfort degree and satisfactory degree of the two groups were surveyed and analyzed. Results The differences in the comfort degree and satisfactory degree between the two groups had statistical significance, P〈0.05, and the comfort degree and satisfactory degree in the research group were higher than those in the control group. Conclusion The application of comfort nursing model in elderly patients with medical disease can improve the nursing quality, obtain a satisfactory treatment effect, improve the nursing satisfactory degree and promote the early rehabilitation of patients, which is worth promotion and application.
