摘要
目的观察分析脑卒中后遗症患者社区康复护理效果。方法选取本院康复中心2014年1月-2014年12月期间收治的80例瞎卒中后遗症患者作为研究对象，按照随机方法分为对照组与观察组，每组各40例。对照组患者实施常规治疗护理，观察组患者在此基础上实施社区康复护理。观察对比两组患者接受不同护理3个月后的日常生活能力、抑郁、生存质量评分及护理满意度。结果观察组患者护理3个月后的日常生活能力评分、抑郁评分、生存质量评分及护理满意度明显优于对照组，两组对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对脑卒中后遗症患者实施社区康复护理可以提高患者的生活能力，改善患者的抑郁程度与生存质量，提高护理满意度，是一种值得应用推广的护理干预措施。
Objective To observe the effect of community rehabilitation nursing in patients with stroke sequelae. Method Admitted to our hospital rehabilitation center in January 2014 to December 2014 80 cases cerebral apoplexy sequelae patients were selected as the research Object, which were randomly divided inlo control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing care, and the observation group were implemented community rehabilitation nursing.. The scores of daily life, depression quality of life and nursing satisfaction were observed after 3 months of nursing in the two groups. Results Patients in the observation group nursing after 3 months of daily life ability score, depression score, quality of life and nursing satisfaction scores of the significantly better than the control group, significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with cerebral apoplexy sequela implementation of comnmnity rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the ability of life of the patients, improve the degree of depression and quality of life, is a worthy of popularization and application of the nursing intervention measures.
