摘要
为了解决补连塔煤矿22煤三盘区7m大采高综采工作面生产技术、一通三防等控制难题,保证单面年产突破15Mt,在采取了复杂条件下大断面切眼围岩控制技术、底鼓治理技术、回撤通道高强支护技术、柔性纤维网快速挂网技术、低氧防治技术、上覆采空区高温治理技术、工作面端头割煤工艺优化技术等多种措施后,有效地控制了各种灾害的影响,保证了工作面安全、高效生产,实现了年平均日产0.04Mt,平均月产1.25Mt,最高日产0.06Mt,最高月产1.38Mt,单面年产量达到15.02Mt。
In order to solve the difficulties in production technology, "one ventilation and three prevention" for 7m high cutting fully mechanized working face of No. 3 panel of No. 22 coal seam in Bulianta coal mine, ensure annual capacity of 15 million tons in single working face, multi measures are taken, including surrounding rock control for large section open -off under complex condition, floor heave control, retreat channel high strength bolting, flexible fiber mesh rapid hanging, low oxygen control, under goal heat treatment, coal cutting process optimization at face ends, after which the influence of various disasters is controlled, ensuring safe and efficient production of the working face. The average daily output is 0. 04 million tons, the average monthly output 1.25 million tons, the max daily output is 0. 06 million tons, the max monthly output is 1.38 million tons, and annual output reaches 15.02 million tons.
