摘要
为了解决大采高工作面复用巷道留设困难的问题,实施二次注浆加固技术。通过对矿压显现规律和巷道变形破坏规律的分析,确定了二次注浆加固的方案,使用新型注浆材料,对二次注浆加固的工艺参数进行了优化设计,并使用现场监测和FLAC3D数值模拟软件对二次注浆加固效果进行验证分析。试验结果表明:二次注浆加固后,锚固结构的支护效率和破碎煤体的整体性得到了提升,复用巷道两帮移近量减少73%,顶底板移近量减少51%,有效地解决了复用巷道的留设困难问题。
Aiming at the maintaining difficulty of remained roadway high cutting working face, this paper uses secondary grouting reinforcement technology. To analyze the mine pressure behaviors and the roadway's deformation and failure law, the secondary grouting reinforcement scheme is determined, high-efficient materials are used, parameters of the grouting are optimized. With field observation and FLAC3D numerical simulation, grouting results are checked and analyzed. The test result indicates that, after grouting reinforcement, the supporting efficiency of anchoring body and the whole performance of broken coal are improved, the displacement between both sides of remained roadway reduces 73%, roof to floor displacement reduces 51%.
