摘要
目的探讨肠内营养支持对结肠直肠癌手术患者术后康复的影响。方法选取外科结肠直肠癌手术患者150例,随机分为观察组(快速康复外科组)75例和对照组(传统治疗组)75例。对照组采用传统治疗康复,观察组结合快速康复外科(FTS)理念,术前术后予以肠内营养支持,分析比较各个时段患者血清白蛋白和前白蛋白等营养指标,评价疗效。结果两组术前血清白蛋白及前白蛋白均无明显差异。观察组患者术后第1天、第3天及出院时血清白蛋白、前白蛋白水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),术后肠鸣音恢复时间、住院天数均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论结肠直肠癌患者围手术期按FTS理念接受肠内营养支持治疗,可促进患者肠道功能恢复,改善营养状况,缩短住院时间,效果显著。
Objective To investigate the effect of enteral nutrition support in colorectal cancer patients within surgical recovery. Methods A total of 150 cases of colorectal cancer post-surgery patients were randomized into fast track group (observation group, n=75) and traditional treatment group (control group, n=75). Serum albumin (SA), prealbumin (PA) levels and other nutritional indicators were measured in various time points and compared. Results There was no significant difference in SA and PA at baseline. The SA and PA levels in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group at the first day and the third day after surgery as well as at the day of discharge (P〈0.05). Additionally, the length of bowel sounds return after surgery and hospitalization time were significantly shorter in observation group than those in control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Perioperative enteral nutrition support for colorectal cancer patients can effectively promote the intestinal function recovery, and improve nutritional status and reduce length of hospitalization.
