摘要
目的研究乳果糖联合大黄穴贴治疗老年功能性便秘(FC)的临床疗效。方法整群选取2013年1月—2015年12月期间该院收治的老年FC患者92例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组46例。对照组予以乳果糖治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以大黄穴贴治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的起效时间平均为(48.11±6.54)h,较对照组的(76.85±8.86)h明显缩短(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率为95.65%(44/46),较对照组的78.26%(36/46)明显提高(P<0.05)。结论乳果糖联合大黄穴贴治疗老年FC能够促进临床症状和体征的消退,提高临床疗效,且几乎无副作用,值得临床推广应用。
