摘要
目的研究中药天麻的鉴定方法和药理作用。方法根据天麻药材的性状、理化、显微、来源等情况,对天麻的真假进行鉴定,结合大量的文献资料,对天麻的药理作用进行研究。结果中药天麻无空心的现象,横截面比较明亮,同时有鹦哥嘴或红小辫的形状,说明天麻药材的质量很好,通过查阅大量的文献资料,发现天麻中天麻素是主要有效成分,对于心肌缺血、血栓、感染等具有一定的效果,对于脑神经细胞的保护和提高免疫力有很好的作用。结论利用科学、系统的鉴定方式,能够对天麻的真假和质量进行有效的鉴定,天麻具有抗血小板聚集、增强免疫力等药理作用。
Objective To research the identification method and pharmacological action of traditional Chinese medicine Tianma. Methods The true or false Tianma was identified according to the property, physicochemical, microscopic and orig- inal conditions of it, and the pharmacological action of Tianma was researched combined with a large number of references. Results No hollow phenomenon, more bright intersecting surface, and having the shapes of parrot month or short red braid showed that the quality of Tianma was good, a large number of references showed that gastrodin is the main effective ingredient in Tianma, and had a certain effect on ischemia myocardial, thrombus and infection, and also had a better influence on the protection of brain neuron cells and improvement of immunity. Conclusion The scientific and systematical identification method can effectively identify the true or false Tianma and its quality, and Tianma has a pharmacological action of anti-platelet aggregation and improvement of immunity.
