摘要
以特征行业酸洗污泥为研究对象,开展了利用水泥窑进行协同处置的工业试验研究,分析了协同处置对污染物排放、水泥熟料及工艺系统的影响。结果表明,掺加一定比例酸洗污泥后,相关控制指标均低于规定限值,烟气中HCl,HF排放有所增加,颗粒物,SO_2,NO_x及重金属排放没有明显变化,水泥熟料性能指标熟料和重金属浸出浓度均满足国家标准。协同处置过程中由于酸洗污泥含水率较高导致煤耗增加,但不影响水泥生产系统稳定运行。试验结果表明,水泥窑协同处置酸洗污泥具有可行性。
A Industrial test was conducted to analyze the effect of co-processing typical pickling sludge on pollution emission and cement clinker in a cement kiln. The results showed that all test values were all below the limit values. Compared with control experiment, HCl an HF in exhaust gas were increased while dust, SO2, NOx and heavy metals were not changed significantly, and the cement clinker properties and its leaching of heavy metals met the national standard. High water content of pickling sludge resulted in higher consumption of coal, which can be acceptable for cement clinker production system. Therefore, co-processing of pickling sludge in cement kiln is feasible.
