摘要
对铅原料中主成分铅的EDTA滴定方法的主要过程进行了剖析,讨论了诸如样品酸溶解方式、硫酸铅沉淀形成条件、沉淀陈化及过滤方式、滤液和不溶渣的测定以及EDTA标准溶液标定等关键要点。对于原料中主要共存干扰元素如碳、硅、铋、钡、锑等的干扰原因和排除干扰方案分别进行了试验和讨论。基于铅冶炼原料的复杂性,对现有国家标准方法的精度要求进行了探讨。探讨关注于测定中影响正确度的因素以及采取相对应的措施,实际证明效果明显,应用于实际样品的分析获得的结果与国家标准方法测定数据一致,对提高EDTA滴定法测定铅含量的正确度具有一定的指导作用。
The EDTA titration method for the major component (lead) in lead raw materials was analyzed. Some key points were discussed, including the acid dissolution mode of sample, formation condition of lead sulfate precipitate, precipitate aging and filtration method, determination of filtrate and insoluble residue, and the calibration of EDTA standard solution. The interference cause and elimination scheme of major coexisting interference elements (such as carbon,silicon, bismuth, barium and antimony) in raw materials were tested and discussed. Due to the complexity of raw materials for lead smelting, the precision requirements of current national standard method were discussed. The influencing factors and corresponding measures were investigated. The results proved that the effect was significant. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of actual sample. The found results were consistent with those obtained by national standard method. This study had certain guiding effect on the improvement of determination accuracy of lead content in smelting raw materials by EDTA titration method.
