摘要
针对传统的有线载荷位移测量系统在操作、运输、数据传输和数据处理系统的不足,基于模块化设计思想,采用有效数据的识别获取技术、无线自组网技术、无线传控技术和具备无线接收、数据采集、图像显示、数据存储、数据查询和报表生成功能的开发程序,最终研制出一种由上下位机组成、无线数据传输的、基于双终端的载荷位移测量系统,彻底克服了传统有线载荷位移测量系统准备繁琐、多趟搬运、移动距离受限、部件多而重、操作不便等缺点,提高了设备的便携性、易操作性和数据传输的稳定性,同时测量精确,准确性高。文章详细介绍了基于无线自组网的载荷位移双端测量系统的设计实现方法。
For the shortcomings of the traditional cable load and displacement measurement system in operation, transportation, data transmission and data processing system, based on the idea of modular design, technology of valid data identification and obtaining, wireless network technology, wireless transmission and control technology, development program with wireless receiver, data acquisition, image display, data storage, data query and report generation capabilities are used, and a wireless load displacement measuring system based on double terminal composed of the upper and lower machine is unltimately developed, the disadvantages of traditional wired load displacement measurement system such as multi-trip transportation, tedious work, mobile distance limit, many parts of heavy and inconvenient operation are developed ultimately, the equipment portability, operability and data transmission stability are improved, at the same time measurement is precision and has high accuracy. This paper introduces a design and implementation method of wireless network load displacement measurement system based on double terminal.
