摘要
以中国标准动车组铝合金前端蒙皮件为研究对象,利用数值模拟技术,研究了工艺参数和模具结构对截面深度浅、横纵轮廓尺寸相差大的铝合金蒙皮件冲压成形性能的影响,提出了零件成形控制措施,并通过试验进行了验证。结果表明:增大压边力一定程度上能够改善铝合金蒙皮件的拉深不足缺陷;设置合理结构的拉深筋能够有效消除铝合金蒙皮件的拉深不足缺陷,但拉深筋强度过大容易导致零件拉裂;对于横纵轮廓尺寸相差大的铝合金蒙皮件,变强度拉深筋较等强度拉深筋对零件成形性的控制效果更好。
Based on the simulation of the stamping aluminum alloy skin part of China stan- dard electric motor train units, the influence laws of process parameters and die structure parameters on formabflity of the strip-shaped aluminum alloy skin part with low section depth, large contour size difference between the horizontal and vertical direction were ana- lyzed. The formability control measures were proposed, which were proved by tests. Re- sults showed that increasing blank-holder force could improve the insufficient stretching de- fect to some extent; setting proper drawbead could effectively eliminate the insufficient stretching defect, but too large drawbead intensity would lead to crack defect easily. For the investigated strip-shaped aluminum alloy skin part, variable intensity drawbead had a better control effect than the constant intensity drawbead for formability.
