情报保障是联合作战体系中不可或缺的要素。为指导情报信息系统的研制,首先,阐述了美军情报组织架构,研究了情报界(IC)和联合情报机构在美军联合作战体系中的地位和作用,分析了其间的协调机制;其次,介绍了各级联合情报机构的信息系统部署,重点分析了作战司令部(CCMD)级和联合特遣部队(JTF)级情报信息系统的组成和功能,在此基础上,总结了美军情报信息系统的发展趋势;最后,给出了联合情报组织架构设置和情报信息系统建设的启示。
The intelligence support becomes the indispensable element in the joint operation sys-tem. In order to guide the development of intelligence information system, the U. S. military in-telligence organizational structure is firstly described, the functions of the intelligence community （IC） and the joint intelligence organizational structure are researched, and the coordination mech-anism between them is analyzed. Secondly, the deployment of the information system for each level organization is presented. The composition and functions of the intelligence information sys-tems for combatant command （CCMD） level and joint task force （JTF） level are analyzed. On this basis, the development trend of U. S. military intelligence information system is summa-rized. Finally, the design of the joint intelligence organizational structure and the enlightenment of the intelligence information system construction are given.
