摘要
液动旋冲工具是一种高频扭转冲击类钻井提速工具,该工具可在钻头上附加高频周向冲击力和轴向水力脉冲,使钻头和井底始终保持连续的高频切削,消除了"粘滑现象"。保护了钻头、减少岩屑重复切削,提高机械钻速。介绍了该工具的工作原理,设计参数,以及动力系统、冲击系统、传压传扭系统的结构设计。现场试验结果表明,该工具工作原理正确,操作简单,使用寿命长,配合PDC钻头可大幅度提高深井硬地层机械钻速。
Hydraulic rotary impacting tool is a kind of high-frequency torsional impact drilling tools.The high-frequency circumferential directional impacting force and axial hydraulic pulse which is always maintaining a continuous high-frequency cutting at the bottom and eliminating the"stick-slip phenomenon"is attached to the bit.The tool can protect the bit,reduce repeating cutting,and improve the ROP.The working principle,the designing parameters,the structure designing of power system,the impacting system and the transmission system have been mainly introduced in this paper.The field test results show that the tool with correct principle,simple operation and long life can greatly increase the ROP in deep hard formation with the PDC bit.
