摘要
开展10kV配网高压线损的精益化监控,是线损"四分"管理的本质要求,亦是降损增效,实施技术降损措施的基本前提。本文对目前湖南省实施10kV高压线损精益化监控的关键技术、基本条件进行了详细的阐述,对10kV供、售电量数据的提取、挖掘、数据甄别、计算方法及分析流程进行了深入的研究。提出了一套适应10kV线损精益化管理的监控程序架构,基于配电网大数据平台,完成了线损监控模块一期开发。应用效果达到了预期目标,验证了相关技术的可行性。
The lean monitoring of the 10 kV high voltage distribution line loss is the essential requirement of line loss “four levels” management, and it is also basic premise of loss reduction and implementing loss reduction measures. Firstly, the key technology and fundamental condition of implementation of the lean monitor of the line loss of 10 kV distribution gird in Hunan province are described in detail in this paper. Secondly, the extraction, mining, distinguishing, calculation method and analysis process of power data are all researched deeply. Finally, a set of monitoring program structure for lean management of the line loss of 10 kV distribution gird is proposed, and the development of line loss monitoring module is completed based on big data platform. The application results of line loss monitoring module achieve the expected goal, and the feasibility of the related technology is verified.
