摘要
目的:探讨慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能与骨密度(BMD)的相关性。方法:109例CHF患者作为观察组,95例非CHF患者作为对照组,对比两组患者BMD;同时根据心功能分级将CHF患者进行分组,对比各组之间BMD差异;分析BMD与左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、血清N-端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)的相关性。结果:CHF组Troch BMD、Fem Neck BMD、Fem Head sBMD、Troch T值、Fem Neck T值显著低于对照组(P<0.05);随着心功能分级的增加,CHF患者Troch BMD、Fem Neck BMD、Fem Head sBMD、Troch T值均呈显著降低趋势(P<0.05);Troch BMD、Fem Neck BMD与NT-proBNP呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论:CHF患者骨密度水平明显减低,且随着病情的加重而降低,早期检测CHF患者BMD对于CHF合并BMD异常的治疗以及CHF患者预后的评估等方面,均将具有重要意义。
Objective:To discuss the relevance between CHF and BMD in patients with CHF.Method:The109CHF patients were collected in the observation group,and 95 patients without CHF in the control group.Then BMD were contrasted between the two groups.CHF patients were divided into three groups according to cardiac function classification,and the BMD were contrasted between the groups.The relevance between BMD and NT-proBNP,LVEDD,LVEF was analyzed.Result:Troch BMD,Fem Neck BMD,Fem Head sBMD,Troch T,Fem Neck T in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.05).Troch BMD,Fem Neck BMD,Fem Head sBMD,Troch T were significantly decreased with the increase of cardiac function classification(P〈0.05).BMD Fem,Neck BMD Troch had significantly negatively correlation with NT-proBNP(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The BMD of patients with CHF is significantly lower,and significantly decrease with the aggravation of the disease.Early detection of BMD is important in treatment and the prognosis of CHF.
