摘要
钢丝生产过程中的中间热处理传统上采用铅淬火+酸洗工艺,存在铅尘和酸雾严重污染环境的问题,为此,设计了新型环保的水淬火+超声波清洗热处理生产线。该生产线用含有添加剂的水替代铅完成钢丝的索氏体组织转变,避免了铅污染;用弱酸超声波进行钢丝表面氧化皮的清洗,替代普遍采用的盐酸、硫酸等强酸酸洗,没有酸雾,同时配有清洗液循环再生回用系统,没有废酸外排。生产运行表明,产品质量稳定,效果良好,可以满足热处理生产线升级换代的要求。
Intermediate heat treatment traditionally adopted lead bath quenching and pickling process in steel wire production process, which existed serious environmental pollution problem of lead dust and acid fog, so new type environmental protection water bath quenching and ultrasonic cleaning heat treatment production line was designed. The production line adopted water with additive to substitute lead and finish steel wire sorbite structure transformation, avoided lead pollution, adopted weak acid ultrasonic to clean steel wire surface oxide, strong acid pickling that usually adopted was substituted such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, without acid fog, and equipped with cleaning solution recycling system, had no waste acid discharging. Production running shows that the product quality is steady, effect is good, and can meet requirement of heat treatment production line upgrading and updating.
