实际摩擦因数是电梯曳引力计算中的关键参数之一。利用自制摩擦因数试验机,对不同钢丝绳张力、润滑状态、曳引轮槽型和包角条件下电梯钢丝绳与铸铁曳引轮绳槽之间的最大静摩擦因数进行测量。测试结果显示,钢丝绳张力较小时,最大静摩擦因数可高达0.3,而在较高的张力范围内,其值可稳定在0.1~0.2。钢丝绳与绳槽之间的接触比压以及润滑程度对实际摩擦因数有较显著的影响,而包角对其影响很小。
Exact friction coefficient is one of the key parameters in the calculation of traction force for elevator. A self-made friction coefficient testing machine is used to measure the maximum static friction coefficient between the elevator wire rope and traction sheave under different conditions, including the rope tension force, lubrication, groove shape and wrap angle. The measured results show that the maximum static friction coefficient can reach up to 0.3 when the rope tension is smaller, and its value keeps within the range between 0.1 - 0.2 under larger rope tension. The contact pressure between wire rope and groove and lubrication state have obvious effect on exact friction coefficient. The influence of wrap angle can be ignored.
