江西德兴花桥金矿是一座低品位私营股份制矿山,主要开发江西金山金矿田中西部的西蒋金矿床,其生产勘探工作比较好地诠释了探采结合的要求,井下的生产和技术由企业生产经理统一调配指挥,具体实施由采场和地测处完成,大的采矿、生探、开拓工程设计完成后由生产经理统一组织地、测、采技术人员审查通过才能施工,技术上分工而不分家,很好地为采矿成本控制做了应有的贡献,对企业在目前的市场行情下发展有着重要的作用。
Jiangxi Dexing Huaqiao gold mine is a private shareholding mines,which gave priority to Xijiang gold mine of midwest of Jinshan gold ore field in Jiangxi.Its production exploration worked well for the combination of exploration with mining operation.The production and technology of down-hole project was unified deployment of the command by enterprise production manager,while the specific implementation work performed by Geological survey department and stope workers.The major engineering of mining,exploration and expand shold be investigated by technical personnel of geology,surveying,mining.All the technical staff work together to control the mining cost which was very important to the company,particularly under the current market.
