摘要
目的 了解常熟市各级医疗机构的消毒与灭菌效果情况,以便加强医院的消毒管理,提高消毒质量。方法 采用现场采样和检测方法,对2011~2015年常熟市医疗机构消毒与灭菌效果进行检测。结果 2011~2015年共检测样品5 721份,合格的5 048份,合格率为88.24%。各年的合格率分别为86.45%、87.68%、89.68%、88.22%和89.64%（P〉0.05）。市级、乡镇和私立医院合格率分别为92.28%、86.22%和88.44%（P〈0.01）。结论 常熟市医疗机构消毒与灭菌效果总体较好。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions in Changshu city, so as to strengthen the nosoeomial disinfection management and improve the quality of disinfection. Methods Detection was conducted on disinfection and sterilization effect in medical institutions in Changshu city by field sampling and laboratory testing during 2011-2015. Results During 2011-2015,a total of 5 721 samples were collected,among them 5 048 were qualified,the average qualified rate was 88.24%. The qualified rate in 2011-2015 was 86.45% （1 161/1 343）, 87.68%（1 103/1 258）,89.68%0（1 008/1 124）,88.22%（824/934） and 89.64%（952/1 062）respectively（ P 〉0.05）. The qualified rate in city,town and private hospitals was 92.28% （1 422/1 541）,86.22% （2 754/3 194）and 88.44% （872/ 986）respectively（ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion The overall quality of disinfection and sterilization is good in medical institutions of Changshu city.
