摘要
目的掌握漯河市居民碘盐的食用情况和重点人群的碘营养水平,为及时采取针对性防治措施和科学调整碘缺乏病防治策略提供依据。方法收集整理2011～2015年漯河市居民碘盐、重点人群碘营养监测数据,并分析其结果。结果2011～2015年漯河市的碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率均达到了90%以上;盐碘中位数为28.20～29.90mg/kg;8～10岁儿童尿碘中位数2015年为171.20μg/L,其余各年度尿碘中位数为240.90～350.00μg/L;孕妇尿碘中位数为152.40～303.10μg/L。结论漯河市居民碘营养处于不同水平。
Objective To master the consumption of iodized salt among the residents and the level of todme nutritton m the focus groups in Luohe city,so as to provide the basis for taking timely targeted prevention and control measures and adjusting strategies for prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders. Methods Surveillance data were collected on iodized salt,among residents and iodine nutrition in the focus groups in Luohe city, 2011-2015, and analysis was made on the results. Results The rate of iodized salt coverage, iodized salt qualified rate and consumption rate of qualified iodized salt all reached above 90% in Luohe city,2011-2015. The median of salt iodine was 28.2 mg/kg-29.9mg/kg;The median of urinary iodine among children aged 8-10 was 171.20 μg/L in 2015, and 240.90-350.00 μg/L in other years;The median of urinary iodine was 152.40 μg/L-303. 109g/L in pregnant women. Conclusion The iodine nutrition is at different levels among residents in Luohe city.
