摘要
农户间社会网络是农业技术扩散的重要渠道。为了探寻在我国以亲疏差序原则为行为取向的"差序格局"下,社会网络强关系与弱关系如何对农业技术扩散产生影响,以有机大棚蔬菜种植为例,通过访谈与问卷调查,考察农户个体的农业技术采用决策模式,并收集强弱关系作用的相关数据。在此基础上,运用ABMS方法建立农业技术采用决策模型并进行计算机模拟仿真,从系统层面考察并比较强弱关系对农业技术扩散绩效的影响。结果表明,增加农户社会网络关系数量、提高社会网络关系间的互惠互助水平,都能显著促进农业技术扩散;在这两个方面,强关系的作用远大于弱关系。然而,从触发农户采用意愿进而促进农业技术扩散的角度来看,弱关系扮演着更为重要的角色。这些结果有助于理解我国农业技术扩散的底层机制,对我国农业技术推广的政策制定有着重要的启示意义。
The social network among farmers serves as a key access for agricultural innovation diffusion(AID).So how do strong ties and weak ties affect AID under the grade structure in China?And which ties mean more to AID?Based on interview and questionnaire about growing organic vegetables in greenhouse,this paper investigates farmers' decision model in the course of adopting certain agricultural technology and collects related data on strong and weak ties.Based on the empirical study,this research uses agent-based modeling and simulation(ABMS)to explore the role of strong and weak ties at a systematic level.Results show that increasing the quantity of social ties and elevating the level of mutual benefit and mutual help in technology transformation can improve AID significantly,thus calling for the positive role of strong ties.However,weak ties can also be more effective by providing adoption signal for network members.These results explain the underlying mechanism of AID and have important implications for facilitating AID.
