主要介绍了牛大力的种属、食用历史、营养成分及化学成分等方面,为将南药牛大力开发成新食品原料或者保健食品原料提供一些依据。
In this paper,the genera,the consumption history,the nutrient components and the chemical components of Radix Millettia Speciosa are mainly introduced,which may provide some help for developing it as new food material or health-care food.
