摘要
纳米铜颗粒具有量子尺寸效应、高导热率、电阻低以及高效的催化活性等优异特性,在诸多领域具有重要的应用价值。本文介绍了纳米铜颗粒的制备方法,主要包括机械球磨法、离子溅射法、电爆炸法、微乳液法、液相还原法和水热法。同时,综述了纳米铜颗粒在电学、光学、热学以及催化方面的应用现状以及相关机理,并讨论了纳米铜颗粒在催化方面的发展前景。
Nanocrystalline copper powder exhibits quantum dimension effect, high thermal conductivity, low resistance and excellent catalytic activity, and so on, which makes nanocrystalline copper powder possess important application value in many ways. The method of preparation of nanometer copper particles was introduced, including the mechanical ball grinding method, ion sputtering, electrical explosion method, microemulsion method, liquid phase reduction method and hydrothermal method. The application status and the related mechanism of nanocrystalline copper powder were summarized on electrical, optical, thermal and catalytic. The development prospects of nanocrystalline copper powder in catalysis aspects were also discussed.
