多维气相色谱用于煤油共炼工艺气的组成分析

摘要 建立了多维气相色谱测定煤油共炼工艺气组成的方法。采用四阀七柱,通过4个阀对7根选择性不同的色谱柱进行准确切换控制,使样品分别进入不同的色谱柱中分离,以三个并联检测器通道同时进行测定,在7.1 min内完成对煤油共炼工艺气的全分析。FID主要分析烃类组成。TCD-1主要分析永久性气体,包括CO2、CO、O2、N2和H2S。TCD-2单独用于H2检测。采用外标法和校正归一化法相结合对各组分进行定量。结果表明,该方法具有简便、快速准确等特点,完全符合煤油共炼工艺气组成的分析要求。 The components in coal-oil co-processing gas were determined by multi-gas chromatography. In this method, 4 valves were used to switch 7 columns with different functions, that the sample could be divided and went into corresponding columns, where it was separated and determined by three detectors in 7. 1 min. The FID channel was configured to analyze the hydrocarbons from C1 to C5, while C6/C6+ components were backflushed and measured as one peak at the beginning of the analysis. The first TCD channel was configured to analyze permanent gases, which may include CO2/CO/O2/N2 and H2S. The second TCD channel was dedicated to analyze hydrogen only. Concentration of components was tested by external standard method and calibration normalization method. This method had the merits of fast speed, accuracy, and had been used for analysis of the components in coal-oil co-processing gas with satisfactory results.
