摘要
高职学生人格不健全的现状明显,高职教育工作者在当前的思想道德教育中,帮助学生构建健全的人格存在理论依据,其做法符合教育的本质要求,具有重要的理论和实践意义。从人格的作用机理和人格培育的客观规律着手,提出培育高职学生健全人格的方法,促进思想道德教育工作,帮助学生实现健全人格构建。
It is apparent that students in higher vocational college have unhealthy personality. The practice to help studentsbuilding a sound personality has theoretical basis, fits in with essential requirements of education and has theoretical and practi-cal significanee in ideological and moral education for college teachers. We begin with the objective law and the cultivation ofpersonality to put forward a method to cultivate students＇healthy personality in order to promote Ideological and moral educationas well as to help students to achieve a sound personality.
