摘要
现实中,商品房建设前面积的测算和建设后的面积实测,会因技术和各种因素,使预测面积和实测面积存在差异。文章分析房产测量中预测面积和实测面积的问题,提出相应的措施和建议。
In reality, the area estimation of commercial housing before the construction may be different from the area measurement after construction due to the technical and other various factors, so that there is a difference between the predicted area and the actual area. This paper analyses the problems existed between estimated area and actual area in real estate survey, and puts forward the corresponding measures and suggestions.
