摘要
某飞行器包装箱结构设计需要开展不同工况下的强度和变形数值分析,验证结构设计的合理性。文中针对某飞行器包装箱的几何模型,利用Hypermesh软件对包装箱的各个组件进行了有限元结构化实体网格划分,根据包装箱非运动状态承载和吊装状态承载两种工况条件,在商业有限元软件ABAQUS中完成载荷条件和边界条件的施加,计算包装箱强度和变形的强弱位置,对包装箱设计具有参考意义。
In order to judge the rationality of the missile packing case structure as well as its strength and deformation, the character of missile packing case is analyzed using the interface of ABAQUS. The model is built and simplified, and the mesh of solid elements is generated using Hypermesh. Boundary condition and loading condition are applied in ABAQUS. The weak and strong points are obtained under static and hoisting conditions, which is useful for the missile packing case design.
