摘要
介绍了助滤剂CYG-3应用于人工磁铁精矿矿浆的过滤情况,通过药剂用量、过滤时间、矿浆浓度、滤饼厚度、药剂作用时间以及水质环境等条件试验,研究滤饼水分变化规律。结果表明,CYG-3能显著降低人工磁铁精矿滤饼水分,可将滤饼水分由18.86%降至15.63%,为人工磁铁精矿脱水开辟了一条新途径。
The filtering performance of filtering aid CYG-3 lor artificial magnetite concentrate pulp was investigated,and the influences of a variety of parameters, including reagent dosage, filtration time, pulp density, cake thickness, reaction time of reagents and water quality,on the moisture of filter cake were studied. According to the study, CYG-3 can significantly reduce the cake moisture, namely,from 18.86% to 15.63% ,which proposes a new approach for the dewatering of artificial magnetite concentrate.
