摘要
针对2205双相不锈钢超塑性扩散连接结构中σ相导致构件性能较差的问题,对2205双相不锈钢超塑性扩散连接后的试样进行后期固溶处理,结果发现,固溶处理能够溶解组织中的σ相,提高扩散连接接头性能。2205双相不锈钢在1 000℃,5min,10MPa条件下扩散连接后的界面结合强度为430MPa,基体强度为780MPa。经过1 350℃,10min的固溶处理后,界面结合强度达530MPa,比固溶前提高了约23%。固溶时间10min,固溶温度1 050℃~1 350℃时,固溶后的界面结合强度均高于固溶前,但界面结合强度随固溶温度的升高逐渐下降,当固溶温度为1 050℃时,界面结合强度达685MPa,达到固溶前基体强度的88%。
Considering the poor performance of 2205 duplex stainless steel diffusion bonding component caused byσphase,the solution treatments were carried out on the joints after diffusion bonding.The results indicated thatσphase in the joints could be dissolved during the solution treatment process after diffusion bonding,and the shear bond strength of the joints could be increased.After diffusion bonded under the condition of 1 000℃,5min and 10 MPa,the shear bond strength value of 430 MPa was obtained,and the matrix strength was 780 MPa.The joint was then solution treated at 1 350℃ for 10 min,and its shear bond strength increased to 530 MPa,which was 23% higher than that of before solution treatment.Keeping the solution treatment time for a constant of 10 min,when the solution temperature increased from 1 050℃to 1 350℃,the shear bond strength of the joints decreased along with the temperature although they were all higher than that before solution treatment.Under the condition of solution treated at 1050℃for 10 min,the shear bond strength of 685 MPa was obtained,and it reached 88% of the matrix strength.
