基于成形工艺的轿车旋锻轴强度设计 被引量:6

Strength design of monobloc tube shaft based on forming processes

摘要 以某轿车等速万向传动中间旋锻轴为研究对象,根据旋锻轴成形工艺中的旋锻特性对旋锻轴毛坯的强度、硬度等力学特性进行设计,基于旋锻轴成形工艺中的热处理强化特性以及旋锻轴产品使用特性和强度要求,提出了旋锻轴产品和毛坯的强度和硬度设计要求、热处理强化的硬度分布及梯度要求。旋锻后硬度试验、旋锻轴产品的强度和硬度试验结果表明,提出的基于成形工艺的轿车旋锻轴及其毛坯的强度和硬度设计方法合理。 Taking monobloc tube shaft(MTS)of constant velocity universal driveshaft as the objective,some novel methods are provided considering the mechanical properties of the billet material,the swaging processing,the heat treatment strengthened processing and the strength requirements of the product.The requirements for the strength and hardness of the billet material and MTS as well as the hardness distribution and gradient of MTS during heat treatment strengthening are proposed.The experimental results of MTS show that these design methods are reasonable and meet the product requirements.
