摘要
目的:探讨胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)在血清中的含量与2型糖尿病、骨质疏松症及糖尿病并发骨质疏松症的关系。方法:选取86例2型糖尿病患者、82例骨质疏松患者、79例糖尿病并发骨质疏松症患者和86例健康人群,测定IGF-1、糖尿病相关因子(空腹C肽、FIN、Hb A1c、GLU)和骨质疏松症相关因子(BMP、骨钙素、β-CTx、P1NP、腰椎BMD)水平,比较分析上述指标与疾病间的关系。结果:各组男女患者中,IGF-1含量变化差异不明显(P>0.05);IGF-1、BMP、骨钙素含量变化为对照组>2型糖尿病组>骨质疏松症组>糖尿病并发骨质疏松症组(P<0.05);糖尿病并发骨质疏松症加剧了IGF-1含量的下降;β-CTx、P1NP在骨质疏松症组、糖尿病并发骨质疏松症组中含量相近且显著低于对照组和2型糖尿病组(P<0.05);腰椎BMD在骨质疏松症组和糖尿病并发骨质疏松症组中最低。空腹C肽在糖尿病组及糖尿病并发骨质疏松症组中显著低于对照组和骨质疏松症组(P<0.05),且在糖尿病并发骨质疏松症组中含量最低;FIN、Hb A1c、GLU在2型糖尿病及2型糖尿病并发骨质疏松症中显著高于对照组和骨质疏松症组(P<0.05)。结论:IGF-1与骨质疏松症、2型糖尿病、2型糖尿病并发骨质疏松症相关,其可以为将来预测2型糖尿病及骨质疏松提供帮助。
Objective: To investigate the content of insulin-like growth factor-1( IGF-1) in serum and the relationship with type 2 diabetes,osteoporosis and type 2 diabetic osteoporosis. Methods: A total of 86 patients with type 2 diabetes,82 cases of patients with osteoporosis,79 patients with type 2 diabetic osteoporosis and 86 healthy person were selected,the levels of IGF-1,diabetes related factors( fasting plasma c-peptide,FIN,HbA 1c,GLU) and osteoporosis related factors( BMP,osteocalcin,β-CTx,P1 NP,lumbar vertebra BMD) were detected,the relationship between the above indicators were compared with those of the disease. Results:In each group,content change of IGF-1 was not statistically significant( P〈0. 05); content changes of IGF-1,BMP and osteocalcin were control group type 2 diabetes group osteoporosis group type 2 diabetic osteoporosis group( P〈0. 05). Diabetic osteoporosis enhanced the decrease of IGF-1 content. The contents of β-CTx and P1 NP in osteoporosis group and diabetic osteoporosis group were similar,which were significantly lower than that in control group and type 2 diabetes group( P〈0. 05). The level of lumbar vertebra BMD in osteoporosis group and diabetic osteoporosis group were the lowest. Fasting plasma c-peptide in diabetes group and diabetic osteoporosis group were significantly lower than that in control group and osteoporosis group( P〈0. 05),and the content of fasting plasma c-peptide in diabetic osteoporosis group was the lowest. The contents of FIN,HbA 1c and GLU in type 2 diabetes group and type 2 diabetic osteoporosis group were significantly higher than that in control group and osteoporosis group( P〈0. 05). Conclusions: IGF-1 is related with type 2 diabetes,osteoporosis and type 2 diabetic osteoporosis,and could offer help for predicting type 2diabetes and osteoporosis in the future.
