摘要
基于传统的伪寿命分布、退化量分布、随机系数分布这三种方法进行的高长寿命产品可靠性评估,往往会产生较大偏差.为了较精确的估计出高长寿命产品的寿命可靠度,通过分析产品的退化失效机理,利用威布尔过程拟合产品相邻单位退化量的时间间隔变化趋势,可以由产品的试验数据外推出产品的寿命,进而可以较精确地预计产品的剩余寿命等可靠性指标.
Based on the traditional distribution of life,degradation volume and random coefficient,this paper evaluated the reliability of the product life of high long life product,which results with great deviation. In order to estimate the product life with more accuracy,we analyzed the degradation of product failure mechanism and imitated the change trend of time interval of product degradation with Weibull process. Through the product test data,we could reproduce the lifespan of the product and further with great accuracy into its such reliability index as its residual lifespan.
