摘要
综述了近年来国内外利用天然高分子、无机纳米抗菌剂和天然抗菌剂制备抗菌复合膜包装材料的方法,着重介绍了抗菌剂的加入对于复合膜的抗菌性能和力学性能方面的影响,并探讨了复合膜包装材料目前存在的问题和未来发展趋势。
The preparation methods of antimicrobial composite films used natural polymer,inorganic nano-antibacte- rial agent and natural antibacterial agent for packaging were reviewed in recent domestic and international. The main effect of antibacterial agents on the antibacterial and mechanical properties of composite films were researched. Then, the existing problems and future development trend of composite film packaging materials were also discussed.
