含磺酸盐的水性聚氨酯-聚丙烯酸酯的制备及性能研究

Synthesis and performance of waterborne polyurethane-polyacrylate containing sulfonated segment

摘要 以异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、磺酸型聚酯二元醇(SPD205)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)和乙二胺(EDA)为原料,制备了磺酸型水性聚氨酯(SWPU)。然后用丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)对SWPU改性,得到了不含有机溶剂的磺酸型水性聚氨酯-聚丙烯酸酯(SWPUA)。利用透射电镜、粒径分布仪对乳液的胶束形态、粒径进行了表征;利用X射线衍射仪、热重分析仪、拉力试验机对胶膜的结晶度、热稳定性、力学性能进行了分析。结果表明:制备的SWPUA为核壳结构,胶膜的结晶度为3.76%,耐热性比SWPU提高了22℃。当SPD205含量为40%、n(NCO)/n(OH)为1.7时,乳液稳定期达到12个月,平均粒径为44.17nm。 Waterborne polyurethane containing sulfonated segment(SWPU) was prepared with isophorone diisoeya- nate(IPDI) and sulfonated polyester-diol(SPD205) as main raw materials, then the sulfonated waterborne polyurethane- polyacrylate(SWPUA) emulsion was obtained by copolymerization with methylmethacrylate(MMA) and butylacrylate (BA). The synthesis process was simple and easy to control without any organic solvent. The micellar conformation and di- ameter of emulsion were characterized by transmission electron microscopic(TEM) and diameter analyzer. The crystallini- ty,thermal stability, mechanical properties and water resistance of films were investigated by X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis (TG) and tension test. The results showed that the core-shell structure had formed be- tween polyurethane and polyacrylate, the degree of crystallinity of films was 3.76 %. After modificatng by polyacrylate, the thermal stability of SWPUA increased. When the SPD205 content was 40%, NCO/OH molar ratio was 1.7,SWPUA was obtained,the average particle size and storage stability of SWPUA emulsion were 44. 17nm and 12m.
