摘要
制备了以聚乙烯醇为主要物质的可剥离气溶胶压制剂,通过在实验以及实际应用中的结果可知,所研制的气溶胶压制剂与不同颗粒粉尘的润湿角均小于60°,压制剂成膜后膜体表面光洁度较好,在不同基材表面具有较好的成膜及剥离性能。同时,在去污实验中表现良好,对污染物的去污效率能够达到90%以上,具有较好的去污性能。
A kind of stripping aerosol pressing agent used poly (vinyl alcohol) as the main material was developed. The experiment and practical application showed that the pressing agent had good performance. The pressing agent can quickly wetting the powder particles. The wetting angles of different particles were less than 60°. The surface finish of film after formation was good and can be stripped in different substrate surface. The results showed that the synthetic products had well film and stripped performance. The decontamination efficiency of products can reach more than 90%.
