摘要
自然保护区已经成为环境保护与资源管理的最有效形式,而伴随着保护区的快速发展,其与周边社区之间的矛盾日益突出,社区参与成为解决这一矛盾的有效途径。文章对乌苏里江沿江的多个自然保护区社区参与状况进行分析,构建社区参与行为的影响因素模型,通过结构方程模型的验证,得出居民的参与态度和参与机会会在不同程度上影响参与行为,而其中参与机会是对参与行为的正面影响最显著。最后从制度、文化和主体三个视角提出增加居民参与行为的相应对策。
Nature reserve has become the most effective form of environmental protection and resource management. However, with the rapid development of nature reserves, the contradiction between nature reserves and surrounding communities become increasingly prominent. Therefore, the community participation has become an effective way to resolve this contradiction.The study makes an analysis of the condition of community participation in several nature reserves along the Wusuli River, and constructs the model of factors affecting the community participation behaviors. Through testing the structural equation model, the study comes to a conclusion that the attitude and chance to participate of residents will influence the behaviors of participation in different extents, and the chance to participate has the greatest positive influence on the behaviors of participation. Finally, the study proposes corresponding countermeasures to increase residents＇ behaviors of participation from the three perspectives： system, culture and subject.
