摘要
从应用型创新人才的能力特点入手,分析实践教学对应用型创新人才培养的特殊作用。以常州大学国家级材料科学与工程实验教学示范中心为例,提出基于应用型创新人才培养的实践教学改革目标,实施实践内容层次化、教学手段多元化、平台建设工程化、实践教学管理信息化、安全教育一贯化的改革措施,从而提升学生工程实践能力和创新创业能力,以适应国家经济建设与社会发展需要的战略目标。
The characteristics of applied innovative talents and the importance of practical teaching to cultivation of innovative talents are brought forward. Based on the construction and reform experience of state-level Materials Science and Engineering Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Changzhou University, the aim of practical teaching reform to cultivate innovative talents is analyzed. The practical teaching reform is discussed from stratification of practical content, diversification of teaching methods, engineering of platform construction, informatization of practical teaching management to consistency of safety education. These measures enhance the students" engineering practice ability and innovation ability, and meet the needs of national economic construction and social development strategic objectives.
