摘要
丹参主要成分包括酚酸类和丹参酮类。丹参酮类是一类脂溶性萜醌类天然产物,其中的丹参酮IIA衍生物丹参酮IIA磺酸钠已经广泛应用于临床。越来越多的研究显示,丹参酮类具有抗动脉粥样硬化、抗心血管重构、抗血栓、抗心律失常及抗缺血再灌注损伤等药理作用。本文对丹参酮类防治心脑血管疾病研究现状进行总结与展望,以期为该类化合物的进一步研究与临床应用提供理论依据。
Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge mainly contains phenolic acids and tanshinones. Tanshinones is a class of lipophilic diterpenoid quinonesextracted from the root of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge. Tanshinone IIA sodium sulfonate, a tanshinone IIA derivative, has been widely used in clinical. Accumulated evidence showed that tanshinones demonstrated anti-atherosclerotic, anti-ventricular remodeling, antithrombotic, antiarrhythmic, and anti-ischemic reperfusion activities. Herein, the current progresses of tanshinones in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were summarized with the aim to provide scientific data for the further study and clinical application of these compounds.
