摘要
目的 :建立测定和胃化滞丸中黄芩苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用Thermo C18色谱柱(100 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(47∶53∶0.2),流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长为280 nm,柱温为36℃。结果:黄芩苷对照品溶液在12-96μg/m L(r=0.999 4)浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.8%,RSD=0.59%(n=6)。结论:该法可用于和胃化滞丸中黄芩苷的含量测定。
Objective :To develop a method for determination of baicalin conteint in hewei huazhi pills. Methods:A Ther mo Cl8column(100 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) was adopted, using methanol-water-phosphoric acid(47∶53∶0.2) as the mobile phase, at a flow rate of 1.0 m L/min, a detection wavelength of 280 nm and a temperature of 36 ℃. Results:Baicalin at a concentration of 12 -96 μg/m L showed good linear relationship to the peak area. The average recovery was 98.8 %,with a RSD of 0.59%(n = 6). Conclusion:The method may be used for the determination of baicalin content in hewei huazhi pills.
