用工厂化废菌袋覆土栽培杏鲍菇影响因素的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以工厂化生产中采过1茬菇的杏鲍菇废菌袋为材料,研究了不同种类与浓度的糖分对废菌袋中杏鲍菇菌丝恢复生长的影响,以及覆土成分和覆土时间对废菌袋生物学转化率的影响。结果表明:用含海藻糖0.50%~0.75%的溶液浸泡废菌袋6 h有助于菌丝恢复生长与抗杂菌能力的增强,并促进生物学转化率的提高;在含陶砾10%的黄土中添加10%~20%的废菌渣可缩短菇原基形成时间,提高生物学转化率;菌袋覆土的最佳时间是在菌丝恢复生长后的第9~12天;在覆土中添加0.75%~1.00%的磷酸二氢钾有利于缩短菇原基形成时间,并使生物学转化率提高到87.3%~89.7%。 The waste fungus bags in which a batch of Pleurotus eryngii had been harvested in the industrialized production were used as experimental materials,the effects of different kinds and different concentrations of sugar on the recovery growth of Pleurotus eryngii mycelium in the waste fungus bags were studied,and the influences of soil-covering compositions and soil-covering date on the biological conversion rate of the waste fungus bags were explored. The results showed that using 0.50% ~ 0.75%trehalose solution to soak the waste fungus bags for 6 hours was conducive to the recovery growth of mycelium and the strengthening of resistance to infectious microbes,and could promote the increase in biological conversion rate. Adding 10% ~ 20% waste mushroom dreg into the loess containing 10% ceramsite could shorten the time for the formation of primordium,and enhance biological conversion rate. The best date of covering the waste fungus bags with soil was on the 9th ~ 12 th day after mycelial recovery growth. Supplementing 0.75% ~ 1.00% monopotassium phosphate into the soil cover could shorten the time for the formation of primordium,and increase biological conversion rate to 87.3% ~ 89.7%.
